In some cases an e-mail verification may be required.

The prices of the products offered in this Online Store are valid only for purchases made on this website.

PURCHASING POLICIES

You may only purchase products that are available for sale and whose details are described in the ZALOA Languages S.C. online store.

In case you have discount coupons they must be entered at the time of purchase and only one discount coupon will be valid per purchase, if you do not use the coupons and make the purchase and can not be refunded the amount or canceled the purchase.

Due to the nature of the service, the shipping policy does not apply. All products and services offered are online.

PAYMENT POLICIES

• Payment with Paypal / Credit Card:

• For invoicing

It is necessary to consider that the invoice will be made in the same month that the receipt of the payment is confirmed.

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

For the following products: GO!Spanish, 15 days Challenge, Subjunctive Challenge, 5 weeks intensive Bootcamp and other online products, once the purchase is made it will not be possible to make cancellations or changes, at the moment any of these products is acquired the material will be sent and you establish the commitment to finish the corresponding contents.
